We NEVER sell, rent, or trade your personal information, contact lists, or private communications to third-party advertisers, data brokers, or political organizations.
We do not use "Tracking Pixels" to follow your activity across the rest of the web. Your life outside the Sanctuary is your business.
To maintain the Sovereign Ledger and your Citizen ID, we only collect what is functionally necessary:
Identity Data: Name, email, and K-ID credentials to secure your entrance.
Financial Data: For Merchants and Heralds, we collect necessary tax and banking information to facilitate payouts through the Ledger. This is encrypted and stored in an isolated vault protected by the Michael Shield.
Interaction Data: We store your Sparks, Embers, and Flame(Live)s so they can be viewed by your community.
Metadata: We collect minimal technical data (IP addresses and device types) solely for the purpose of defending the Sanctuary against bot attacks and unauthorized intrusions.
Private Messages: Your direct communications with other Citizens are private. While we maintain the technical ability to assist in legal or safety emergencies (see Section 6), we do not scan your messages for keywords to "profile" your interests.
ChurchSense Data: For Harvest Hubs, all data provided to leadership (attendance, sentiment) is Anonymized by default. Pastors see the "temperature" of the flock, not the private details of the individual, unless a Citizen explicitly "opts-in" to share a specific prayer request or need.
Transactions within the Community Commons are recorded for the sake of transparency and the 6.4% Foundation Fee.
While the transaction itself is recorded on the Ledger, we do not share your purchasing habits with external marketing firms.
Your "Kingdom GTV" (Gross Transaction Value) is used only to determine your tier status within the ecosystem.
You are a Citizen, not a captive.
The "Export" Tool: At any time, you may request a full export of your content, media, and contacts.
The "Right to be Forgotten": If you choose to leave the Digital Exodus, you may request the deletion of your account. We will "extinguish the Ember," removing your profile and content from public view, though certain financial records must remain on the Ledger for a period required by law to prevent fraud.
We are a Sanctuary, not a lawless land. We will only disclose your information to external authorities if:
We are compelled by a valid, legally binding subpoena or court order.
It is necessary to prevent an immediate threat of physical harm or to protect the safety of children (Guardian Sync protocols).
